Description: The date and time displayed on all system extensions are set from an attendant phone. Ext. 10/100.
Operation: To set date and time.
Press the On/Off key.
The phone issues internal dial tone.
The current time and date are displayed on your LCD.
Press the PROG key.
“F” appears in the display.
Dial “##”
“Program Mode” appears on the first line of the display: “Main
Mode” appears on the second line.
Press the FF1 key. (This is the
same as Line 1 key)
“Select Sub Mode” appears on the second line of the display.
Dial “1#”
“1:DATE2:TIME” appears.
Enter six digits for the month, day, and year.
Press #
“TIME SET MODE” appears on the display.
Enter four digits for hours and minutes (24 hour, time format).
Press #
Press the On/Off key.
The new date and time will appear.
