To set the date:
Press Intercom Key (your ext key)
Press #651, with the handset on hook.
Enter the date (YYMMDD)
Press the Redial.
Press Speaker.
To set the time:
Press 652, with the handset on hook.
Enter the time (HHMMSS) in the 24 hour format.
